Booking conditions
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before arrival.
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive payment corresponding to 50% of all nights.
If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of all nights.
Likewise, guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation date occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
